To tell the time in English is fairly easy.
These are some things you should know.

La fiesta empieza a las once.
The party starts at eleven.

El supermercado abre a las diez y media.

En ingles se usa AM y PM
AM es antes de las 12 horas PM es despues de las 12 horas

A las 14 horas = at 2pm

Por la mañana - In the morning
Por la tarde - In the Afternoon.
Por la Noche - At night.
Por la madrugada - In the early hours of the morning.
